David Borg is a classic car enthusiast with decades of restoration experience, stepping into the political arena driven by a deep concern for Australia’s trajectory. Operating his own workshop and employing three staff, David has witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by hardworking Australians.

The electorate of Robertson, encompassing parts of the Central Coast, grapples with significant socioeconomic challenges. Housing affordability is a pressing issue, with housing stress experienced by 70% of renters experience and 28% of mortgage holders. Additionally, the region has been identified among the most financially stressed electorates in the country, exacerbating the cost-of-living crisis for many households.​

Mr Borg’s vision for Robertson advocates the Trumpet of Patriots policies that prioritise strong borders, economic freedom and the empowerment of Australians to reclaim their nation’s prosperity.

“We can turbo charge our economy by bringing back to Australia the trillions of dollars of Australian Super that are currently channelled offshore.”

“We must feed hungry Australians. We must bring down the cost of living. And we must solve the housing crisis with 3% loan cap and explore fast rail infrastructure.” Mr Borg said.
