
With a career spanning over 25 years in law enforcement, government service, and executive leadership, Mr Hardiman has built a reputation for integrity, strategic thinking, and practical problem-solving.
A former Queensland Police Officer, he later served in the Commonwealth Public Service across agencies including Medicare, the ATO, and the ABCC, before taking on leadership roles in the education sector and security industry.
Holding multiple qualifications—including a Bachelor of Justice Studies and diplomas in public safety, government investigations, and OH&S—Mr Hardiman is an expert in compliance, investigations, and risk management. More recently, he has expanded into digital marketing and AI consulting, helping local businesses and education providers harness the power of automation.
As a devoted husband of 28 years and a father of six, Mr Hardiman understands the pressures everyday Australians face.
