The Trumpet of Patriots has announced Joshua Morrison as its candidate for the seat of Lilley.

Mr Morrison is a highly experienced professional in the automotive sector, with more than a decade in sales and service leadership roles. Currently working as a Satellite Service Manager, he has played a key role in training and development, streamlining operations, and implementing adaptive technical processes across emerging vehicle platforms.

Drawing from his years in front-line industries, Mr Morrison says everyday Australians are being priced out of their own communities.

“The cost of living is out of control and neither Labor nor Liberal are willing to tackle the root causes,” he said.

“Our immigration growth rates are too high, and it’s overwhelming housing, infrastructure, schools and hospitals. This congestion is destroying the character of our communities.”

Mr Morrison is backing Trumpet of Patriots’ call for tighter and more sustainable immigration settings, coupled with economic policies that prioritise local investment and affordability for Australian families.
