Born in Bundaberg, Mr Zunker is a Chartered Accountant, registered Tax Agent, and former university lecturer with extensive experience in finance, energy, and heavy machinery sectors.

He has also served as a director of a local media company and lectured in Micro and Macro Economics at the University of Central Queensland’s Bundaberg campus.

With a strong focus on economic policy, Mr Zunker believes Australia’s investment funds should be used to strengthen the nation rather than being sent offshore.

“Our taxation system encourages superannuation contributions, but those funds should be working for Australians, not overseas interests,” Mr Zunker said.

“Trumpet of Patriots supports measures that ensure these funds are invested in Australia to create jobs, boost infrastructure, and drive industrial growth.”
