Queensland’s Senate electorate faces pressing socioeconomic challenges and the need for policies that address economic relief, housing development and healthcare improvements.​. The rising cost of living has become a dominant concern, with day-to-day expenses seeing a 7% increase since mid-2022.Additionally, housing affordability has reached critical levels, with the state projected to fall short of its housing targets by 96,000 homes over the next four years, exacerbating homelessness and financial strain on residents.
