Clive Palmer, Chairman of Trumpet of Patriots, confirms party will contest Federal Election
Chairman and spokesperson for Trumpet of Patriots, Clive Palmer, confirmed Trumpet of Patriots would adopt many of the policies of US President Donald Trump and drain the swamp in Canberra by running candidates in the House of Representatives and the Senate at the next election.
“We need common sense policies and solutions to the real problems Australians are facing,” Mr Palmer said.
Mr Palmer said the time had come to make Australia great through a political party that cared about true democracy, individual freedoms, free speech, and less government intervention in our lives.
“We will make Australia great with Trumpet of Patriots – a registered political party with the Australian Electoral Commission.”
Mr Palmer invited all Australians to unite and join the Trumpet of Patriots.
Mr Palmer said it was time to change the agenda on gender, change Australian immigration policy and bring down the cost of living. The Trumpet of Patriots will announce policies which will change the face of the Australian economy and bring back prosperity to everyone.
“Our country is barely recognisable. In just a few short years our standard of living has plummeted thanks to poor government policies and ministers who are out of their depth,” he said.
“The Coalition are no better and are simply one half of what appears to be a uni-party with Labor. It is time to free all Australians and protect our freedom of speech and our liberty to make free choices in our lives.”
“The time is now for a real alternative. You don’t need a crystal ball to see into the future with Labor – more hard times, more and more control over your lives, more government overreach and more pandering to global elites.
“To vote for them again this time around simply locks this in forever. The 2025 election is critical to the future of the nation and your family.”
Mr Palmer said the party had an outstanding prime ministerial candidate in Suellen Wrightson standing for the seat of Hunter in the House of Representatives.
“She is an excellent real-world leader. The Trumpet of Patriots is running candidates in all Liberal and Teal seats, as well as the upper house, to be a force in Australian politics.
“The Australian people deserve real representation, and we will ensure they have that choice at the polls,” he said.
